Stolen from another blog..

A brain teaser for ya:

Three travellers go to a hotel and are charged $30 for a room. They each contribute $10 for it. Later the clerk realizes that he made a mistake and should have only charged them $25. He gives the bellboy $5 to return to them, but the dishonest bellboy gives them only $3, keeping $2 for himself. Now each traveller has paid $9, for a total of $27. The bellboy has $2. That makes $29 accounted for.Where has the 30th dollar gone?

Is there a missing dollar?
The room cost 25 dollars - so they paid 8 and a third dollars each. Whic leaves 5 dollars remaining. The bell boy gave them a dollar each back - 8and a third plus one equals 9 and a third. Nine and a third multipliied by 3 is 28. Plus the bell boys two dollars - thirty in total.
Am I right??
